How do I access my tickets?

Your tickets are securely stored in your Fair Tickets account. Simply log in on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue. For security reasons to prevent unauthorized duplication, we do not issue static PDF tickets or allow screenshots. When you pull up your ticket, you will see an active, rotating barcode that the venue staff will scan. If you don't have cellular service at the venue, don't worry—as long as you have logged into the app within 24 hours of the event, your secure digital ticket is cached and will load offline.
