Fair Tickets LLC ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We collect information you provide directly to us to facilitate the ticketing process:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Transaction Data: Ticket purchase history, event attendance, and billing details.
- Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full credit card number or CVV on our servers. Stripe collects this information directly pursuant to their own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly for the following operational purposes:
- To issue, transfer, and validate event tickets securely.
- To process payments and refunds, and prevent fraudulent transactions.
- To communicate with you regarding your account, purchased events, and customer support inquiries.
- To share limited attendee lists (Name, Email) strictly with the specific Event Organizer ("Creator") whose event you purchased a ticket for, enabling them to manage entry and communicate event updates.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We share your data only under the following limited circumstances:
- Event Creators: When you purchase a ticket, your contact information is shared with the specific Creator of that event. Creators are bound by our terms to use this data solely for event management and direct communication.
- Service Providers: We share data with trusted infrastructure providers (such as AWS for hosting and Stripe for payment processing) who operate under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fair Tickets, our users, or others.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You can manage your account information directly within the Fair Tickets app or contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Privacy
When you visit Fair Tickets we collect your IP address, your browser and device characteristics, the page that referred you, and the pages you view. We use this to measure how the site is used. We share it with the analytics provider we use and with other website operators who use that same provider. Other parties may collect information about your activity across different websites over time.
We do not respond to Do Not Track signals as no industry standard has been established. We do not share your information with advertisers.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we post the revised notice on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal information, we will give you notice by email or through the Services before it takes effect.
